Services

We are a pet friendly hotel and happy to accommodate animals that are 15 lbs (7kg) in any of our guest rooms and luxury suites.  If you plan on bringing your pet, do let us know in advance and we can arrange a bowl, bed and treats.

For larger pets, our Concierge can arrange kennelling.

Please note, pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas or the gym due to health and safety policies. Unless they are a guide dog or assistance dog.

Our exceptionally large guest rooms and suites, many with the ability to interconnect, means there is plenty of space for the entire family.

For children under 18 years of age, we are happy to provide an extra bed or baby cot free of charge.

We offer secure onsite parking and valet service at a nightly rate of £35.
